What data we process

The data you give us when you write to us through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address, your company if you tell us, the services you are interested in, when you need them and whatever you tell us in your message.

We do not ask for special categories of data or for data from children under 14.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry: on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation).
  • To prepare a quote and, if we work together, to manage the project: because you ask us to and to perform the contract (article 6.1.b).

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission, and we do not build profiles.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if there is a business relationship, for its duration and the periods required by law. After that it is blocked and deleted.

Who else processes it

We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. To run the site and our email we work with these providers, who process it only on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: serves and protects the site and receives the contact form.
  • Google (Google Workspace): our email.
  • OVH: the server that hosts the site, in the European Union.

Also, if you open the page of a project with a YouTube video, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and, if you watch it, the playback data, as the controller of its own service and under its own policy. No other page sends it anything.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Technical data of your visit

As with any website, when you visit, your browser sends your IP address, the page you request, the date and time and the type of browser. We use this only to make the site work and to protect it, on the basis of our legitimate interest, and the server logs are deleted after 14 days. We do not measure visits or use analytics tools; if we ever do, it will be without cookies and we will explain it here.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to [email protected], stating the right you want to exercise. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply the technical and organizational measures needed so that your data is not lost, altered or seen by anyone who should not see it.
